Arrived without appt. The screener at the door took me back to a station and solved problems including internet, discontinuing WiFi provider, any of data needed and questions about my Jetpack modem. By the way, this is one of the best inventions related to the internet. Fits in your pocket or even a small handbag if you are travelling or at home. Can connect to the net anywhere on laptop,tablet or notebook. Rechargable.Store is bright and airy. Currently has plexiglass shields for Covid protection but the store configuration is the same as a year ago. Plenty of parking. Staff will answer pretty much any question.I have been a Verizon customer for 21yrs. Their customer service is a big part of why I stay with them.

Stumbled upon this Verizon corporate store (which I wasn’t planning on visiting: since I thought the only cooperate stores were Novato & Corte Madera) in Petaluma. I’m a long term Verizon customer & the service here is great. I was greeted, checked in and helped. The gentleman here are great at providing customer service & answering all the questions I had. Thank you Verizon & your wonderful staff. Definitely will be coming here for any other assistance I need in the future.
