Patrick, and John are the best in the business. There is no need to go anywhere else. I had picked some items out online and arrived when the store had opened at 10am. I was instantly greeted by a friendly, and professional staff. I had reserved a suit online, and when I arrived it was waiting for me. After taking my measurements, I had asked to look at other suit options. Patrick pulled out a variety of suits and cuts to fit my specific needs(business travel, formal evening wear, and business casual for travel). While we were reviewing the different options John had already taken my measurements and begun alterations on my first suit. After finishing my suit selections, Patrick assisted in picking out custom fit shirts. For a guy with my build, finding a tailored look is extremely challenging. After checking out(which was more than reasonable for the quality of suits and shirts purchased) I was informed these items would be ready ahead of a business trip(two suits and two shirts rarely can be done that quickly). Later that day I received a call, about 3 hours from when I had left the store, my suits and shirts were ready. Upon arrival we fit the suits on last time to ensure that no additional work was needed, and the fit was perfect. Beyond exceptional quality with work that John was able to do. I recommend calling the store, and setting an hour aside with Patrick, and let John work his magic on any alteration.10/10 would HIGHLY recommend anyone in need of a new suit, or business wear. The custom suit capabilities are already being explored.
