Otto Cedeno is the sales person to go to. In 40 years of buying cars, this has been by far the best experience. No haggling, just get down to business. I went prepared to spend the whole day with my work computer. I was done including my test drive in less than 2 hours. I will go back to this guy even if I don’t buy a Mazda.
