This was my very first time visiting this location and was a bit nervous because it has been about 5 or 6 years since I’ve gotten my eyes looked at. Dr. Bertram and Giovanni were absolutely awesome and took care of me as if I’ve been there before. The eye exam was a breeze and picking out the correct lenses for the frames I chose was easy with no hassles. Definitely going back and making this my go-to optometrist.

Dr. Keith Wong was very kind and patient and spent a lot of time with me. He went above and beyond my expectations in terms of friendliness and proactively consulted with me regarding my ocular allergies even though it was just a simple lens prescription checkup. The other employees were also very friendly. It was a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere.

I got my eyes checked and asked them to change the lens for my glasses that I already had. The assistant said my current glasses+lens was too heavy and recommended me to get the thinnest, best, most expensive lens types. They said it would be ready in two weeks and it took three weeks. I payed over $360 for the best lightest glasses and got this today. This is how thick the lenses are. They are wayyy heavier than the original ones and when I put it on it looks like im looking in a fisheye’s point of view. I complained and told them that there must have been a misunderstanding but said that they do not see anything wrong. When I wear these glasses I have extreme migraines and see the world like a frikken fish.
