Extremely overpriced if you’re not a regular/ local they treat you like an outsider. I’ve been a license plumbing contractor for a roughly 40 years and their prices are almost triple that of Home depot and Lowes and about 4 times the price of any supply house I’ve been in in the last 20 years. I will never darken their doorstep again

I would say this is the worst ferguson to go to for parts. The customer service is great but they lack inventory. Lots of bins with no fittings or minimal amount. You ask if they have any in the back and their computer shows they have stock but they really don’t. These are basic things like 3” couplings, 3/4 90s, gas fittings and 3” long sweeps. This has happened multiples times. It is almost every time I go there. You are better if going to Express or Todd pipe.
