I have been at this location multiple times. I go guaranteed at Least twice a year since its opening, for gifts for my mother , grandma sister and self. Always happy. The great selection of differently priced items Keeps you able to choose between grabbing an item or 2 on a smaller budget, or going absolutely big. I was VERY happy with the lady who helped me this time around, so that’s why I will leave a review! Her attitude and work ethic were notable! This was yesterday around 5pm, Her name is Jo Anne. She excitedly greeted me and all incoming customers despite the fact that she was a busy bee handling many things and people around the store at once. I was able to get a classy pair of suede red shoes, and a lovely big purse, this time around. she then gift wrapped the items swiftly. I appreciated her multitasking with positive attitude. Seems so simple but is hard to find people who work hard and care about your experience with them these days. It truly made my store experience extra personal and special. Thank you Tory Burch and helpful Representative JoAnne! I’ll be back soon. Happy to spend my money here!

Beautiful store, great quality and pretty items,however rude stuff. Busy with phones,no smile on their faces. When I entered the store they were looking at what I was wearing to decide to help me or not. Hate that mid expensive or expensive stores behave like that. I was feeling uncomfortable to ask my size or different color because of their face expression. Will order online next time.
