This is the best chipotle in the Fremont Newark area. The others seem to be short staffing. This one always has my web order ready on time.

This is not the regular chipotle I go to and for good reason. I’ve only been to this location a handful of times, and each time they disappoint me more and more.The last time I came here (years ago), most of the salsa pans were empty and I said I will wait for more to be prepared before placing an order. The server asked me more of what (while standing in front of the almost empty pans) and I told them that the salsa pans were almost empty. They then took out full pans of salsa from under the counter and replaced them but only after I pointed it out.Today, I was passing by on my way home from work and I ordered a bowl online. The bowl I picked up was very sad (see attached picture). I am not normally one to complain, but this bowl had around half as much as most chipotle bowls I get. It was notably lacking in rice and lettuce.I don’t mean to sound dramatic, but as someone who has worked in the food service industry, this is incredibly disappointing and I feel like I have been scammed.

Very good, very fresh and the place was clean.. I had the steak burrito which was huge. Staff was pleasant. Clean patio was open. (2/3/21)
