I have been eager to visit this location all week but I was met with the most horrible service. The experience still lingers with me at home. Staff is culturally unaware and is culturally insensitive to the communities that surround them.I was met with a temperature gun to the head instead of a friendly hello or socially distant protocols. Many potential customers such as myself have grown up in the next town over.Some of these residents have experienced trauma of having a weapon drawn and pointed at their person. I tried to explain my experience to the shop manager but they spoke over me and did not hear what I had to share.I also work in luxury and the way I was treated today was not the norm of our business standard. I had high hopes for this establishment.Be weary if you are a person of color. Put simply, this addition to University Avenue is dead weight to the area.

If I could give 0 stars for this company I would do so they have ripped me off on one hand bags so far I’m only getting $40 for a $528 handbag and haven’t even gotten the $40 back for it yet and I was told that all I had to do was email consignor relations and I would get my other hand bags back immediately by doing so I was told this by an employee in the Palo Alto store who told me that’s all I needed to do as of today that was three days ago that my stuff is still up for sale one of them is not even up at all and they don’t even know where it went after their van picked it up me at my residence they’re both Michael Kors handbags I’ve asked for them back I’m not getting any responses all and told back in response is will get back to you to discuss this further and they’re still up for sale so that means that if they sell I’m only going to get $40 again or less okay and those are $328 purses so I would like that money back immediately if I could I be part of your the lawsuit against these people be there a rip off their fraudulent and the rip-off and I wouldn’t suggest telling any of your stuff to these people cuz you won’t get it back and if you do you’re lucky and if you get any good money from out of your stuff that sells you’re lucky
