Great customer service by Lorena Rodriguez in Cosmetics! I want to express my appreciation when I was shopping for a last-minute birthday gift. I bought a perfume set, Lorena offered/suggested to gift wrap it for me. She provided gift wrap options, took her time with me, and was multi-taking by being considerate of her surroundings by acknowledging other customers on the counter throughout the department while getting them assisted as she helped me. I felt I was taking up too much of her time.Lorena’s demeanor made me confident as I watch the way she honed her customer service skills while working under pressure. Lorena was relentless, very professional, and gave me the undivided attention I needed to complete my purchases. I asked how long she’d been working there she said only a few months; I can tell she’s going to have a career with longevity no matter the field or at Macy’s.
