THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I went to get my PS4 fixed there because the fan wasn’t starting. When I got there 10 minutes before my appointment time would have ended, they had already cancelled it because someone with the appointment after us came 20 minutes early. I also didn’t know that we had to have Geek Squad Protection because it didn’t say anything on the website. After we got to the Best Buy, when we were about to leave, the worker told us that we had to have the protection plan instead of telling us beforehand when we got there.
