Very terrible customer service. I think staff there hate their jobs. If you hate your job then leave. Somebody with better customer service skills can hopefully replace you.How is it a 2 rating when all there is are 1 stars???

They keep billing my insurance wrong so after a week of no medication, I gave them the number they need to call so they can bill my insurance the right way and they were so rude about it, told me their customer service will only get worse because they don’t have time to help. It could be hours before anyone can call and they won’t make it a priority. So rude and cold hearted! I have been a life long customer but no more!

They have the worst attitude here! Who ever the technician was who answered the phone acted like the customers were annoying because I called to ask if my medicine was ready. If you don’t like your job then quit and give it to someone who actually cares about the patients! Cause that’s what we are patients! We are sick and need medication for what ever it is that we struggle with! So have a little more compassion! Who ever the manager is there needs to get better people on staff! The next time this happens I’m going to put in a complaint to the actual pharmacy owner or whoever runs this place. Ridiculous!
