5 stars relative to what’s available upstate. Relative to a good NYC/NJ/Long island deli? 8/10. Missing the thick real bacon and fried egg option but beggers can’t be choosers in Albany.

The bagel consistency was 5 out of 5 stars. The egg was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like it was microwaved or something. It had a plastic feel to it. The bagel lacked flavor. We ordered a meat lovers everything bagel sandwich and a ham egg and cheese everything bagel. The Irish cream coffee is delicious. Between the coffee and the bagel consistency plus the kindness of the ladies who worked there I can only give 3 stars. Everyone has their own taste and recommend this place. I would not recommend.
