What good is customer service if they refuse to answer their telephones.Three different stores, Folsom, Downtown and the open house on Mission, refused to answer their telephones.Why would I go all the way down to those stores on what may or may not be a wild goose chase.How do I know if they carry what I’m looking for if I can not find out before I go out.Not a way to run a business!!!

A Target with a customer parking lot in SOMA, how convenient right? NOT!It turns out that this location never has the item you want in stock. Worst yet, when you have placed an order for pickup and they tell you it is ready for pickup, they don’t have it. When you ask them to partially refund the order for the missing items, they can’t do that. Instead, they will have to cancel entire order and have you pay for it again like a new purchase. Logic seems straightforward right? Not quite. This causes the issue of possibly invalidating some of the discounts applied to the order or discounts that they cannot replicate. Good luck if you encounter an associate who does not know how to handle such situations.This Target location is such a mess.
