Worst customer service, they’re just sitting there, they know nothing. Even the huge fat guy who calls himself assistant manager. They can’t took care of the system if something got wrong. They let you wait for 45 minutes when you even have an appointment. They all go to lunch at the same time, with no one at the front to help upcoming customers. They don’t care about their customers, they just want you to be a customer but zero care afterwards. I hope they improve their knowledge one day unless they’re going to kill the business. I myself will do my business somewhere else.

Brandon should tip his doordash driver that drove from Oakland to deliver his Fish Tacos. Booo Brandon!

The worst customer service ever. If you have technical issues, they just give you the number to call or make a call for you, which everybody can do it without coming to the store. They also state clearly that they only support the customers that is buying new phones or service.
