Very rude owner. Dropped off bike on Sat to fix and told me it would be ready on Wed. I called Thursday to ask if It was ready and he said “Did I call you?”. I recommend you be a little more friendly and have a better attitude. Demeanor is really bad. Smile a little more it won’t hurt you!

Horrible communication from the shop owner. I had dropped off a bike frame to get painted. Down time was suppose to be 4-6 days… I called the shop to see if the frame was ready for pick up about 7 days after drop off. I was told paint was still being ordered. Mind you this was a basic metallic grey color.. Another week passes by and the bike is still not even prepped for paint.. He later told me he was busy and didn’t have time to paint the frame. He should of been upfront from the beginning and shouldn’t of been giving me the run around.. Wasted 3 weeks of my time.
