Shape Shifters
Several times since I’ve been using pressed Juicery in the last few years there have been issues. Particularly when they run a special offer and they have the limitations of that in another page where you can’t find it. Don’t even know it exists. Then when you write to them about the problem they just close the ticket and don’t actually make up for any mistakes they’ve made or even apologize. This is happened three times. Now I bought their basil lemonade with a bunch of other stuff and it’s cloudy and it’s got this gooey glop in it that doesn’t belong in there. I’ve written to them about the problem and fingers crossed they’ll actually get back to me. They’re supposed to be feeding us healthy food. Does a responsible company fail to respond to its clients when there’s a problem? At first I thought it was because they were a young company but now they’ve been in business for several years and it has not improved at all. Use at your peril.

The worst one I went to, messed up my order. Did the wrong math, charged me 3-4 times while trying to return my money and points. Has been over a month and I was given the points back by corporate but told that the money could only be reversed back on the card by the outlet. Almost a month and half of follow up and they couldn’t refund something close to $45 that’s how poor their customer service is or either now pressed juicery cannot afford to give even that amount back which was charged 3-4 times. I’ve been repeated mailing to follow up and now the manager has even stopped responding. I would say ask for donations if you need it that bad and don’t wish to return.
