Moises at the Thousand Oaks store was so nice, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He should be employee of the month as all customer service providers should follow his way . Such a great addition to this store . He was so friendly and works well with the buyers . Definitely would shop there just for him !! Moises is definitely five star service and great to know ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would give a negative rating if I could. Extremely rude management. Shamed and embarrassed me for having a plus-sized body. Refused to help me. Don’t go here.

FALSE prices!!!!! I walked in and was super happy to see low prices. When I went to purchase my item the price was completely different and jumped up by a couple dollars. When I said something to the employee he admitted that the price they put up on the poster was not true. I felt cheated.. It’s false advertisement. So my advise is don’t trust the prices they put on the huge posters all around their store, they are only there to fool you into thinking you’re getting a great deal.
