The worst!! This place is absolutely worthless, don’t waste your time and money.. Bad customer service, the people there super rude and disrespectful , we ordered something very simple and they never got it right, they made us go 3 times and at the end they wanted to sell us what they wanted not what we ordered and expensive too! they don’t communicate they don’t call you to give you any updates they just don’t care.. save yourself a headache!

Bad experience and horrible Customer Service. We ordered an outfit for my grandson’s baptism. The girl told us it will take about a week that we could pick it up the following week on Thursday. Thursday came around, we go pick it up and we were told the shipment hasn’t been delivered but that it would be there soon. We waited about an hour and for nothing. The next day (Friday) we went to pick it up. I noticed it was not the style nor the color that we ordered. I brought it to the girl’s attention and she told me that If that’s what we got is because they didn’t have the style or color we ordered. I told her that she didn’t mention that could happen & no one call to communicate that to us. She was rude and with a bad actitud. Don’t shop there!! I do not recommend.

Terrible costumer service, told us it was ready on Thursday. We go and they don’t tell us it hasn’t arrived yet, We waited until Friday and it still isn’t there. And even worse it wasn’t what we ordered.
