Theirs numerous pawn shops where a person can go pawn or buy a second hand item besides this location…….. Why is this location still in business ?As I entered this place, I was eyed from from top to bottom with an aggressive looking frown by the pawn shop employees, I was not welcomed and immediately felt uncomfortable. In a very polite way asked to speak to the owner in regards of a possible business proposition, but was turned away rudely.Truly an uncomfortable experience. ……To all who may read this please be careful, as I do feel that this place can discriminate,,,,,hopefully the city of Ontario will read this and look into this matter.

The store is clean, the young Latino man behind the counter is very nice and willing to help. However, the older gentleman who owns the store is very rude. Sometimes old people are just rude and crotchety but he acts that way towards employees and customers alike. I think that he’s never been forced to show respect towards the other side and somehow sees it as beneath him. The young couple who owns the store are not the nicest folk and they are very inquisitive about where people got their things which is understandable, however they end up treating the customer very poorly. I just don’t feel welcomed at all in there.
