I payed online to have my class of 2020 pictures be made and it was right but the name and school was all wrong I payed $25.00 and for what to have someone first and last name and another school NO. I called the store to talk to the person at the photo/electronic and I was on hold for 20 minutes on and off no one would pick up.

It was absolute trash. I had to search someone out to help me because the station itself was vacant. And I had poster as a surprise for my Dads 50th birthday. They were supposed to be ready Same day pickup. They werent reasy so I went the next day just for them to tell me their printer is down…. Um…. excuse you. I payed for pictures and at NO POINT did your system or an employee contact me to inform me this was the case. So I’m either leaving here with pictures or a full refund. I get things happen but your customer shouldn’t be in dark about there stuff. Not using them EVER again, now I have to scramble last min and find another solution.

I constantly find myself at walmarts that have 1 or 2 lines open with usually over 15 people in each line. It’s really goddamn tired. Train your damn associates to ring up. JFC
