Nothing like photo. It looks so good pictured and the taste is “bleh” like just ice and made at home coffee. Def not worth $8+ Venti size + Espresso shots. They need to take this drink off the menu as it’s misleading.

Some of the employees are not very quick. I ordered a black iced coffee and watched someone take the sticker, put it on the cup and walk away. 5 minutes later someone else picked it up, filled it with coffee and then proceeded to chat with a coworker and then a few minutes later, finally put the ice in it and hand it to me. It took about 10 minutes to receive and black coffee with ice in it… granted it was busy, but a simple drink like iced coffee should not take ten minutes.However, The lady who took my order was very kind and handed me my croissant within the first 5 minutes after ordering and thanked me for my patience.
