Worst customer care experience I’ve ever had at any phone store ever.I bought 3 iPhones here before Thanksgiving (right before the holiday Covid lockdown). The 3rd phone was sent through the mail, arriving a week later. I decided to return it, but couldn’t bring it back until after New Years. They phone box was opened but the phone was never even hooked up, so not a SINGLE PHONE CALL was even made on this phone.T-Mobile customer care service told me over the phone that the store could take it back if I would pay the $80 dollar restocking fee and told me to emphasize that the phone had never been used. But it didn’t matter here – this store told me that they are an independent provider and that they have the choice not take it back because it was outside of the 14 day return period (when it didn’t come until a week after the purchase day anyway) and they CHOSE not to take it back. So I am stuck with an $800 dollar phone I hate.We have 5 phones in this family, and you can bet they will be replaced elsewhere. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!
