We stopped to have a nice drink before going to work. There was no waiting line, an order was done purty quick. They gave us our drinks, 1 extra and we asked, did you charge us for 2 or 3 drinks. The said 3, we said, no it was only 2, she asked for the drink back to give us our refund back. Now, this was there mistake and normally they give you the refund without taking the drink back, I didn’t mind giving it back, but with all this Cov19 if it was touched by someone else, wouldn’t they be safe and not take it back, just because of everything that’s going on I don’t know, that really made me question there place.

Order a vente green tea frappe with caramel drizzle. Second time they put more whip cream at the bottom of drink and shake it to make it seem fuller. Don’t like when this happens just makes it look like they added whip since they didn’t make enough of the drink.

They made the Mocas way too strong, but refused to remake, saying that Moca should taste this way, not their problem.
