I had a horrible experience with their curbside pick up. I ordered and showed up, waited 15 mins before I walked inside to ask about my order. Having to walk inside and ask about my order defeats the whole purpose of “curbside pick up”. I was told my order was almost ready. I waited for another 15 mins and walked back inside and my order was still not ready. I made sure to point out that it had been 30 mins since I had first placed my order for curbside pick up. Meanwhile other customers were walking in and out ordering quantities and orders much larger than mine. It took a total of 30+ mins to serve my order of 2 dozen donuts and 1 coffee jug. Also observed employee with acrylic nails not wearing gloves which was pretty gross. Avoid curbside and just stick to the drive through or walk in.

Employees have NO idea what there doing and where out of Carmel. How’s doing the ordering at this place! Half the menu has Carmel in it. Someone at the register should know what there doing and have a idea of what the business offers!

I think this is the only location I’ve visited, so I don’t have another dd to compare, but I’d say service here is always consistent. The employees have been nice and attentive. I’ve only had one stale-ish donut one time, but the rest have been great, and the iced lattes/coffees are always delicious. Can I just say, their oatmilk is soo good. Lately I’ve been ordering ahead on the app, and I haven’t had any issues; super simple. Sometimes, there is a little wait at the drive-thru, even if there’s only or two cars in front of you, but it never bothers me. I love dunkin’s prices overall compared to starbucks or similar coffee shops, and I like the items they have on their menu. I also love their indoor seating and outdoor patio area!The items I ordered on my recent trip was the new sugarplum macchiato and the snowflake donut. The drink was delicious, and definitely a favorite of mine now. The donut confused me a but because it was chocolate glazed, rather than the pretty purple as advertised, but it was cute regardless, and fresh.
