First off I would like to say is that I have 2 different credit lines with different jewelry places , and this was just very unprofessional and unorganized, and after all said a done they tell you they can order the stuff you wanted take your money then tell you they can’t get it , that is not how you do but with people, I will never go there again worst place, and if you want you money back they take 3 to 4 weeks, when its not even your fault smh stay away people ….

Don’t get me wrong, they do have some beautiful jewelry. But, when my husband picked up my wedding rings with a missing diamond in it. didn’t notice when he picked them up because they should be correct when we pick them up the first time right? well I take them back to get fixed, takes two weeks to fix. I’ve had them back now for 4 days and that same diamond is back missing? come on now. We wouldn’t have this problem if they would just do things right the first time.
