I managed to have a chat with Justin (Rochester), Shannon, Ali, and purchased a watch from Ashley! This team did not miss a beat!Communication was fantastic! I planned to meet with Ali, however, he was unable to come in and called me to let me know that Ashley would be helping me instead. When I arrived Ashely was up to speed on what I was looking for as if I had been working with her all along. This was the most fun I’ve had making a purchase!
