DO NOT Go to this AT&T store in Carmel Mtn. Ranch San Diego, Ca. The Sales Reps and Managers here (specifically Jessica Negron and Pi Farahmand) will tell you anything you want to hear just to get their commissions $$$. Especially on Promos. There is a reason why they only have 2 1/2 stars at Yelp. Avoid this AT&T store! Better yet Go with Verizon or TMobile.

Abi helped me get my new iPhone all set up. He was so informative about my different payment options and made sure I knew every detail that might be important to me. He also helped answer additional questions I had about my account. Not only is he super knowledgeable, he also was such a joy to work with! Will definitely be coming back to this location asking for his help!
