Lane was so helpful! He got my boyfriend and I fitted for 2 pairs of running shoes each with custom inserts. He was very knowledgeable about different styles of different brands and could teach us about how they might feel while we’re running. He was sooo patient and efficient. Felt very safe getting fitted during COVID. We had our own section of the store and he sanitized between customers.

The first thing you notice upon arrival is that someone tries to help you as soon as possible. On different occasions I received help from Jennifer and Tomek, who were both great. They took the time to accurately and carefully recommend shoes and brands based on their experience. The shoes they recommended fit well. I ended up with sandals / sneakers that were significantly more comfortable than ones I owned before. When I had an issue with the sandals several months later, they swapped them for a new pair, no questions asked. 4/5.
