Great customer service!! i came in to look at potential phones and the gentleman there was so helpful answering ALL my questions about service, phones and plans, even after i realized i wouldnt be getting a phone that day or even at that store (since i live out of the area). he also told me things that i would need to know and to have ready for when i did switch which was very helpful!

Phone do tomorrow go pay bill to day they are not open call 611 they say they are their no one there I’ve walked over there and nothing I’m very disappointed in this issue if they dont wanna work then they shouldn’t have a job there poor customer service when they should be open I will not recommend any one to come to this store location and will be making sure people know what is going to happen if you do and they will shut your service down if you dont pay the bill there for this store not being open is gonna cause issues do to poor working habits sure they are nice but the works show up when they want to not when they are supose to and it’s wrong
