Although there is always a wait to get into any apple store, once I got in, the team never assisting me helped me out and didn’t make me feel rushed in my needs. I’m frequently a customer of the Apple Store but I wanted to give them a shout out for their service today in particular. I had to pick up a repair but I also had ordered a new adapter and had arranged to pick it up tomorrow, based on the coronavirus protocols. When I showed up, they gave me both my repair and my order, and didn’t even note that I had showed up a day early. I regularly get excellent service here; this is indicative of the high standard they provide.
