Growing up in the area this stater bros had great customer service. Today I walked in to get service at the deli, it was about 7:45pm and no one was there. I asked an employee working on the meats if he could help he said no and that the employee on deli was on lunch and that if I could wait 20 mins until she’s back. I don’t know why he couldn’t just attend us, the work is very simple– put food in containers. Very poor customer service at this location. I would have asked to speak to the manger, but I was in a hurry to grab food for my guests so I decided to post here instead.
