My insurance referred me to them and they were great. Made getting everything done so simple!! The rental car place even came and got me from their shop and I was able to leave my rental car there when I picked up my car. The work was superb and the staff was friendly and down to earth. Also called me every step of the way so I was always in the loop. Would def recommend them!!

I was in a minor car accident and was connected to Caliber Collision for repairs. Everything about the repair and customer service were absolutely perfect. The only reason I am giving it a 4-star rating is that the car was returned to me with dozens of sap spots on the exterior, some of which I have cleaned by hand after putting in lots of work. I likely will have to pay for a professional cleaning. I had quite the dilemma about writing this review because I really wanted to give Caliber Collision a 5-star rating. I’m hoping that this review will help a bit in that maybe a vehicle that is in their shop for repair isn’t parked under a tree with sap.
