I purchased my previous car @ Modesto CarMax a few years ago and loved the process so of course I didn’t hesitate to go back to purchase another car there. I found the car I wanted to test drive online abut it was at CarMax in Roseville. I requested it be transferred to Modesto to test drive. I made the request on a Sunday and process went smoothly, without issue. By the following Saturday I was able to test drive the car, fell in love with it and took it home same day. The salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions without hesitation. I gave my visit 4 stars because although the transfer and sale of the car went quick and smoothly, we had to wait for the business office for over an hour. I believe it’s because they were busy buying cars from others that were there. That in no way will make me go to another dealership…CarMax is a great place to purchase a new car!
