I wish I could give this company zero stars. They were actually referred to me by my painter, so I’m surprised how unprofessional and horrible my experience was with them.The plan was for a male employee to take my ideas for two vinyl designs and create a graphic design that they would print out and install. He came over to the site, took measurements and pictures, and advised me to email my design drafts. I did that, and he only responded when I emailed him changes to my designs. He told me that he would need to send me a quote before we could begin designing. Fine. Another few days passed. I had to email him for the quote which he assured me he would send the next day. Instead of the quote, he sent me design proofs that were horrible, and did not reflect even the color scheme that I wanted. When I told him this (via email) and asked for the quote, he responded that we would need to finalize the design for an accurate quote. (Which makes sense, but he was the one who suggested on sending a quote even before we could begin designing.) This went on for almost three weeks, and I was getting frustrated with the delay as I had originally expected for us to complete the design and do the installment within a week because I had scaffolding on loan for the install. When I emailed him asking if we could set up a time to do the design in one sitting, so I can get a quote and move on with the project, want to know how long it took him to get back to me? The email was sent on Oct. 15th; it is Nov 4th, and I never heard back. Now, I am looking for another company after wasting weeks communicating with this guy.LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY!
