Passport / visa photos from 2 different people: 2 rejections. When I went in for a retake, the family in front of me also had 2 rejections. They tried to fix the issue with mine (background shadow) several times, but were unable to due to the lack of proper equipment. On the upside, I got a refund and a profuse apology.I would highly encourage those wanting passport photos to seek a professional studio instead. You’d think a company as big as FedEx would have this standardised like I thought, and you’d be wrong like I was.
