3 times in this store with phone issues on galaxy s71. Manager and sales rep agree to replace the phone with an s21g. Next day came to store since screen will not turn off and calls thru my Google account app are not coming thru. Jocelyn csr says that phones do NOT work with those apps and that I must’ve moved something on the settings without even checking. So unprofessional, and not knowledgeable of what she’s doing. Who trained her? She’s lucky I’m not her boss

Great customer service.Came into store # 8269 at firestone & woodruff – downey to return things i ordered from customer service from call & they said i could go to the stores to return the item since itll be faster.But when i got to the store & the guys advised that i couldnt. Very frustrating. One says yes & another says no. They defused the situation & understood.Irwin especially went beyond & helped me & took care of the problem & even printed the return labels that i needed to send back via postal service.Problem solved. Thank you very muchWill be ordering the note ultra very soon. Once the return is complete.Thanks guys

The worst store in any “field of sales,” I have ever dealt with. Specifically; they did not have the knowledge about my problem (which was as simple as an insurance claim which I had on my contract).
