So after reading all the reviews and experience I had yesterday at this location, I feel I need to leave a review as well. It’s unfortunate to see how badly people rate and speak of this place. This location is indeed a retail store. Not a payment center or complaint department. All I witnessed was a lot of grown people treating employees with no manners or respect. This is a location that people enter by choice. I have googled and seen all the options spectrum provides to avoid having to go in. Any one who is reading this review, please be patient and kind to these employees. It is already difficult and stressful to work during a pandemic, let alone having to work short staffed. Look up your options people. Stop CHOOSING to go in. No one is obligated to go there. And if you must go in, have some patience and respect. They all do a great job. And if you hate everything about them after you leave the location, cancel your services. It’s that simple.

Over one and a half hour wait. Elbow to elbow. Bring your mask and patience. Too many people and not enough representatives to help customers in a timely fashion. Waited over 1hour the first time there to get old phone’s contents transferred to new phone. Found some but not all,should have asked for phone 101. Will have to go deal with it again tomorrow. Not looking forward to it in any way shape or form.

Line way to long workers standing around and only two were able to help customers until a three person finally showed up to help. They need more workers to give better customer service.
