We love our hot tub, we have used it almost every night. Snow or no snow. Good company and good people. We waited a long time to get the hot tub because of COVID but it was worth it. We had an electric issue when we first got, because our electrician did the wiring incorrectly but the Prisco service guy fixed it the same day I called, it was totally appreciated.

I highly recommend shopping here if you are looking for a new hot tub, or need help maintaining or fixing an old hot tub. They do an all around great job.

Good service. The only problem is that they don’t have anything in stock , you have to order ahead, when it comes to hottubs and there’s nothing on display at this location only on the one at Connecticut.
