I had a great experience at Maceoo , saw the place the night before and came in the next day to be greeted by friendly staff and helping me make the best decision for the shirt I wanted to buy. Called their San Diego office and spoke with a lady about getting a certain shoe that I wanted to purchase but couldn’t find on their website. I emailed her a picture of it and she assured me she would look into it and get back to me the following day. Over the course of 2 weeks, I’ve followed up with her three times and each time I get a different excuses and excuses with the promise of “I will reach out to you tonight or tomorrow for certain with an update on the shoes!” and two weeks later nothing, radio silence. And to all my emails never any response.. The quality of the customer service has to match the quality of the product otherwise there is zero value in the product or company. If you don’t respect the customer, how can you ever be a respectable company? Shame that I try to buy your product and this is the thanks I get.

I was staying in San Diego and had an event to go to with nothing to wear. I stumbled across the store and was able to get not only an outfit for my event, but I also ended up getting 2 custom suits, a beautiful leather jackets and about 10 shirts for my closet. Priscilla was amazing and very knowledgable and tons of fun. 10/10 would recommend to anybody
