One of the most uncomfortable experiences at a phone store with the Sales “Expert” Dane. Was willing to lie to me and say that not only will I get there “iPhone 12 on us” promotion but I was also getting an extra $177 on top of that for trading in my iPhone. When I I said I would feel more comfortable paying the taxes and have the full promotion on the bill he proceeded to add a $252 “additional deposit.” Maybe just stay away from this store to avoid all this?

They’re helpful and then not helpful. Once they’ve got you stuck in a plan you don’t seem to be able to get the same kind of help as when they’re reeling you in.
