Rock N Road Cyclery has four innovative bike shops in Orange County, California. Our original location is in Mission Viejo, and we’ve continued to grow since that store opened in 1992. All four stores are Specialized Concept Stores, which means that the owners, Matt Ford, Stu Uehara, Jeff Renteria, and Specialized Bicycle Company worked together to create a retail experience that is beyond that of any other bicycle retailer within 50 miles.

This shop is very deceitful, service was not done of my bike. I bought a specialized mtb and i asked them to convert it to tubeless, but they never did. This type of service is unacceptable. I had to wait for days for them to convert my bike but they never did anything. I have a feeling that I was lied too, so I went to buy all the tools necessary to do my own work, and found out that the tube are still there. I would caution everyone whose getting service done here, you might be paying them for nothing at all!

My new bike store. I need to fix my crank creek on my 2018 Specialized Epic Hardtail. I ride on in and they ask what I need. They immediately took my bike back for a look and brought it back up in two minutes. Knowingly bike service is backed up everywhere I asked for part numbers to service it myself. They gave them to me on sticky note pads. Then the main mechanic took one look at over the counter at my bike, then online searched for the prefect aftermarket part for me. I’m going to pre order my next bike at the ROCK by years end.Condor.
