We purchased our last couch at Lazy Boy 10 years ago and we’re still using it so we knew that we wanted to buy another couch from Lazy Boy.They were having a great sale for Memorial Day weekend so we thought it would be a good time to stop by. We had a wonderful buying experience with Jamie! She was friendly, helpful, and never pushy trying to make us feel pressured into buying anything that same day. We came back the next day and she was just as helpful. The GM was also friendly by checking in with us throughout the buying experience. Raquel helped us get on the right path with the design stage, and helping us visualize our choice to make sure it worked for us. They have a terrific team here and I recommend buying from this store!

We had a great experience with Nancy she was very professional and helpful. Was very understanding that we had pets and a child. Took her time and walked all around the store with us like twice. But we finally picked one out and can’t wait for it to be delivered. Would definitely recommend this place to other and would definitely ask for Nancy.

very friendly and helpful in store. The delivery guys ,were very careful and clean. Called ahead to confirm the delivery and were right on time as promised. Carlos , the main guy was super. He was respectful and careful to not damage anything. Our room was very tight for the piece and they made it work without hesitation.He and his partner would be my choice if i owned a business.
