This store needs someone to give a customer service training. Yesterday at 2 pm I try to return a item that I had bought last week and you would have thought I was returning a can of liquid nitrate not a can of Coffee beans, Every Cashier had an attitude and something to say, they act like they didn’t even want to be there. They should retire and let someone work that wants to be there. the manager Juan allow them to say sly remarks and he didn’t even know the store directors name are the district managers name someone needs to go there and do customer service training.Will never step foot in that store again. I have been a Ralph club member for many years I will never use it there again.

BEST RALPHS IN THE AREA … just sayin.I’ve been coming here for years and there is a reason. It’s the only Ralph’s in the area with such a large chilled single drink section. It also is a nice in-between for if you’re not quite a Wal-Mart grocery shopper but not quite Whole Foods either. Its that nice in-between store for when you eat vegan ice cream but still drink cola.There’s also a Starbucks with more of a variety in cups than other stand alone locations.
