Absolutely horrible customer service, I had to wait over an hour and a half to replace my screen protector because the employees let someone without an appointment cut me in line when my transaction would of taken 10 mins, I had to wait an extra 45 minutes to get service because of this. I won’t be coming back here in the future.

If there was a 0 star I would definitely give it. Considered switching to Tmobile but the experience here was terrible I rather stick to my carrier. Store manager enjoys being a store manager than helping the customers. Assistant manager was actually helpful but nevertheless I couldn’t stand the service and shoving all the unwanting items to me. I had questions and needed help and they just saw a dollar sign in my head. No thanks
