Erica was great. Very friendly, helped me as soon as I came in and got me in and out really quick which was great since I have a young baby. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the pillow I wanted was not in stock. Yes she ordered it for me and it will be delivered in a few days, but the reason I went to the store was so I could get the pillow right away. I could have easily ordered it online myself. If a product is so popular you should definitely keep more in stock.

I don’t even know where to start with the great customer service experience I got. So I guess I’ll start at the front door where Jeanie Pittman (Gina) Welcome my cousin and myself to the store. As she came towards us with a clipboard I was a little reluctant. Soon after I see that she was taking inventory of ALL my needs. Slowly and efficiently covering all areas of the different types of mattresses and narrowing it down to the one that fits me best. I left to think about the purchase. I came back within an hour ready to purchase. I got my delivery of my new bed on April 20, 2021. Are usually sleep only two hours and with my new bed I am up to six hours. For the first time in my 55 years I don’t want to get out of bed. I am so comfortable and I sleep like I’m on a cloud. And I suffer from severe allergies and she help me on all those concerns.
