I was going to buy a shirt yesterday 7-10-2020, since the fitting rooms are closed I wanted to try on the new shirt on top of my clothes.I was told immediately by an employee that it was NOT ALLOWED. However, a white person came in the store asked for permission to try on clothes and she was told YES!!! Successfully, she tried on the new garment.I talked to the employees and asked for clarification, I stated that the unfortunate incident was discrimination which they denied.I am Hispanic with brown hair, and the person that got the approval to try on clothes was white and blonde.LOFT needs to educate its employees regarding ALL types of discrimination.
