Geoffrey made a bike rental/outing for myself and my two boys (age 8 and 12) a doable, positive experience! He went above and beyond to make sure the bikes fit my kids, particularly my 8 year old, gave me a lesson in everything I needed to know, helped me load the bikes, and even offered to come pick the bikes up for me when we were done. The bikes themselves were fantastic and we had a great day out riding, but more than that, Geoffrey’s customer service and genuine caring that I had a good day with my boys riding is what will guarantee that if I ever rent bikes again in the area, I will return to his shop and recommend him to others!
