Absolutely worst customer service. The salesman completely mismatched our hardware. The man did not bring any hardware samples with him and was supposed to match the brass hardware we already had. He told us that champagne is the closest thing they have to brass. I thought champagne would be more or a light gold. Champagne is apparently grey. It is not even close to matching. After MONTHS of unanswered phone calls and texts someone finally gets back to me (after calling the main pella number) and this someone gets back to me with an over $2,000 quote to install brass hardware. We already spent over $20,000 on the doors. This is unacceptable and currently out of our price range. So I try to settle for another color but now he tells me that anything else is an upgrade and will cost $2,000+. So apparently my only option to begin with was grey????I am definitely cutting this review short- but basically do not purchase from them. The company has lied to me over and over again. Worst customer service ever. All they care about was that they already got my money and dragged this on for so long that now I can’t even dispute it with my credit card company.
