I have been a client of LD Products for nearly 2 years and rely on them for all my drum and toner needs. They offer a solid product at unbeatable prices, usually with 1-2 day arrival time in Los Angeles. I had an issue with a drum unit and I called them about it. In 10 minutes I had a new one sent (free of charge) and it arrived the very next day. My printer now works perfectly fine. I cannot speak highly enough about their value products and their service. I’m going to be a customer for life. Thank you.

This has unfortunately been one of the worst experiences I have had with a company online. They have been unscrupulous and deceitful during the entire process. My experience started attempting to order 4 drum units. There was a quantity discount offered which was not reflecting in the cart. When I contacted the company, they simply told me someone from marketing would get back to me. That never happened. I was able to find an alternate solution on my own to place the order. Within 24 hours, I was given a tracking number. Days later, I received notification the package was delivered, there was a discrepancy that it was delivered to the wrong city. I called the post office in the incorrect city to find out more details. They told me the package was odd, in that it had a weight listed of 0 ounces and cost $2.43 to ship. Impossible for a package containing 4 drum units. I contacted LD Products, and they were little help, but did initiate a new order. Highly suspicious they didn’t seem to care that $300 worth of product was delivered incorrectly (because they knew it wasn’t). About 5 days later I received my new package, however, it only contained 3 units, the first I had heard the quantity was short. Why not just tell the customer stock in hand is short (the website mentioned 10+ items in stock – a lie)? On the 24th I contacted them about the missing unit. They said regarding the remaining other unit “it has been packaged and is currently in the process for shipment.” Still not sent. Today is the 1st. I had requested a new tracking number and today they say “ The rest of the order is currently in the process for shipment. As soon as the order ships out, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. Rest assured, we have your items in stock and we will be able to ship your order out for you within this week.” So they have the items in stock but are refusing to ship for over a week? More lies. Why do business with a company like this? I won’t be hoodwinked again. They aren’t even honest about their rating through google (see screenshot). Caveat emptor.

DON’T DO IT! I ordered and received a set of cartridges and one was bad. Missing the microchip.I logged into my LD Products account online and spoke with customer service. They have no record of my order or customer number even though I’m logged into their website.It seems as though they’ll sell you ink but when something goes wrong, they want you to prove you purchased the ink regardless of using their website to do so. I’ll dig around and try to locate a confirmation email or physical invoice in an attempt to rectify the situation but I will not order from LD Products again.
