Today we had our water system serviced. Ray was our technician. He was very thorough and gave me answers for questions I was going to ask. He was very informative. And demonstrated all the work he was doing. There was nothing left uncovered. He did not leave until we were satisfied with our service. I appreciate everything that he did and all the information he gave. I wish more technicians were as considerate and thoughtful as this man. I would hope to get him as our technician next time we need service.

We do not like this company. When we originally purchased they did not tell us the maintenance cost of this system; every year is about $300+ to maintain. We just put out over $500 to change out filters; every 3 year cycle + the annual stuff. Also they refuse to correct an electric wire that they splice we is exposed to the elements & remains unsafe because it is a live wire. We have kids & we continue to be worried for their safety. Lastly, when the put the system in the needed an outside outlet. We have one, with two outlets. Their connection covers both outlets, rendering outside power source useless..We originally asked them to change it to a 4 outlet but they refused. We WILL NEVER ENDORSE THIS COMPANY!!

The two guys that showed up we’re very professional and clean with the removal of my water softener system. They showed me why it’s a great choice to choose rain soft as your go to company for better water in the house. I am very happy with how everything worked out. The front office new I was limited in time because we are moving and didn’t want to leave the system they got me an appointment the next day. Thank you to everyone at rain soft I look forward to have clean water for the lifetime of my system which sounds like forever lol. Thank you again.
